Welcome to Brickell

Brickell is considered the primary financial center of Miami with a total area of 1.19 square miles and a population of 31,000. The neighborhood is made up of numerous skyscrapers that are both residential and business and line the coast of Biscayne Bay. Young professionals are increasingly choosing Brickell as their neighborhood of choice not just for the view and proximity to work, but for the nightlife and lively dynamic. Brickell is 6.2 miles from Miami International Airport, one mile to the heart of downtown Miami, and a bridge-ride to Key Biscayne. Residents of Brickell have many options when it comes to outdoor activities. You will find access to boating, kayaking, boating, walking, jogging, and meeting places.

​​​​​​​Brickell is an urban neighborhood located just south of the Miami Central Business District and south of the Miami River. It is near Little Havana, Biscayne Bay, Virginia Key, and Key Biscayne. There are three subdivisions within the neighborhood: West Brickell, South Brickell, and Brickell. The financial district of Brickell is home to offices, office buildings, banks and the Brickell City Center. West Brickell is the residential area featuring low to mid-rise apartment complexes. The single-family residences and high-rise condos are situated in South Brickell.​​​​​​

In Brickell, there are condos of all sizes, from 300 square foot studios to over 6,800 square foot homes with four or more bedrooms. Some of the most luxurious condominiums in Brickell are Echo Residences, Brickell Flatiron, The Four Seasons Residences, Santa Maria, and Reach. New Developments that are coming to Brickell are Baccarat Residences Miami, Major Residences, Cipriani Residences, St. Regis Miami, and Una Residences.

Due to the numerous mansions that lined Brickell Avenue in the early 1900s, it earned the nickname Millionaire's Row. These days, upscale residential complexes, business buildings, and luxury condos have taken its place. Condos for sale in Brickell have a median listing price of around $455,000 and feature a contemporary and elegant resort-inspired style.

Home styles vary but many feature waterfront or city views. Brickell single-family homes for sale are typically priced from just under $1 million to $4 million or more.

Brickell never runs out of dining options. Some of the must-try restaurants are LPM Restaurant & Bar, Cipriani, Marion, Hutong, Edge, River Oyster Bar, La Mar, Osaka, Casa Tua Cucina, and Sexy Fish. Brickell City Center Mall includes four levels of luxury, premium and world-class dining, and entertainment.

Brickell is a pedestrian-friendly community. Locals get around using the Miami Metrorail, with stops at Brickell Station and five other stations served by the Metromover’s Brickell Loop. The Metromover train system is also a free, reliable mode of public transport in Brickell, running three lines throughout the downtown.

Brickell is home to several parks, including Miami Circle, Allen Morris Brickell Park, Southside Park, Simpson Park Hammock, Alice Wainwright Park, and Brickell Key Park.
