A resident of Miami for 25 years, Karen has the broad residential experience and intimate knowledge of Miami and the surrounding beaches. He has closed sales in Miami, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Fisher Island, and the Brickell area.

 

He is fluent in Russian and English and has a network of consultants, accountants, and attorneys, who provide an established platform to assist foreign buyers through the real estate process. He and his team can search for and identify the perfect property, manage the deal through to closing, and help clients get settled in their new homes. Originally from Moscow, Karen Krotov completed degrees in Sports Business Management and Physical Education. He came to the United States after finishing his professional tennis career in Western Europe. Outside of real estate, he has long associations with top WTA tennis professionals and the Russian National Tennis Team as a former coach and player.
